Delivery and Redelivery

Overview

Delivery moves an aircraft into a lease. Redelivery moves it out. Both carry hard contractual deadlines and no room for surprises. Foxtrot manages the full technical process so your transition closes on schedule and on terms.

We act as your technical representative from first records review to final handover. You get one point of contact, daily reporting, and documentation that stands up to audit. Our engineers hold IALTA certification and have run transitions across A320 family, 737, 757, 767, 777, and regional fleets.

FAQ

Can you represent us against an MRO we also work with?

Yes. We act solely in your interest for the engagement. Independence is the product: we disclose any conflict up front, and we never take both sides of a transaction.

What happens if we find a major discrepancy late?

Early detection is the point of pre-redelivery inspections. If something surfaces late, you get the technical evidence, cost picture, and options the same day. We help you negotiate from a position of fact.

Do you handle storage and reactivation transitions?

Yes. Storage entry, maintenance program compliance while parked, and reactivation checks all fall inside our transition scope.
